The budget takes effect October 1, 2026. - The tax calculator is an estimate, not a bill. The Miami-Dade Tax Collector's bill governs. - Rates for the other taxing authorities are their proposed FY 2026/27 rates; each authority sets its own final rate at its own public hearing, so a final bill can differ slightly. - Save Our Homes is not modelled: the calculator asks for assessed value precisely because the cap is already reflected in it. - Figures are shown as published. Where the printed book contains rounding, printed totals govern. - This dashboard is a summary of the City's published budget document, not the document itself. ## Sources - [City of Aventura Operating and Capital Budget, Fiscal Year 2026/27 (adopted September 15, 2026)](https://www.cityofaventura.com/Archive.aspx?ADID=539) - [City of Aventura budget archive (all years)](https://www.cityofaventura.com/Archive.aspx?AMID=37) - [Miami-Dade County Property Appraiser, 2026 proposed millage rates](https://www.miamidadepa.gov/resources-pa/library/reports/millage/2026-proposed-millage-rate-table.pdf) - [City of Aventura](https://www.cityofaventura.com) - [Every budget line item across all funds, FY 2023/24 to FY 2026/27 (CSV)](https://publiccommunicators.com/Aventura/Budget/FY26-27/data/downloads/line_item_detail.csv) - [Operating and capital spending by department, FY 2023/24 to FY 2026/27 (CSV)](https://publiccommunicators.com/Aventura/Budget/FY26-27/data/downloads/all_funds_expenditures_by_department.csv) - [Revenue by fund, FY 2023/24 to FY 2026/27 (CSV)](https://publiccommunicators.com/Aventura/Budget/FY26-27/data/downloads/all_funds_revenues_by_fund.csv) - [All 48 capital projects with five-year amounts, one row per project and funding source (CSV)](https://publiccommunicators.com/Aventura/Budget/FY26-27/data/downloads/capital_projects_5yr.csv) - [Budgeted positions by department, ten years (CSV)](https://publiccommunicators.com/Aventura/Budget/FY26-27/data/downloads/staffing_history.csv) - [Proposed FY 2026/27 city millage rates for Miami-Dade County's 34 municipalities and the unincorporated area (CSV)](https://publiccommunicators.com/Aventura/Budget/FY26-27/data/downloads/millage_comparison_miami_dade.csv) ## Languages - English: https://publiccommunicators.com/Aventura/Budget/FY26-27/ - Español: https://publiccommunicators.com/Aventura/Budget/FY26-27/?lang=es - עברית: https://publiccommunicators.com/Aventura/Budget/FY26-27/?lang=he - Kreyòl ayisyen: https://publiccommunicators.com/Aventura/Budget/FY26-27/?lang=ht Published by Public Communicators Group.
